OK. I deleted most everything, but not all.

Upon a boot I am at 79% with a ctrl-alt-del showing Explorer, ZoneAlarm, Aim, Gator and RNAAP running. No clue what RNAAP is or where it comes from. My startup folder is empty.

After opening Internet Explorer, QCharts, MS Outlook, Best Direct, Quick Trade Window and Excel, the resources dive to 32%.

I don't know what you are doing that I am not doing. This is a pain.
