Paul, sounds like you have an excellent case to me...

I don't care what the fine print says...you made that trade two weeks ago and it was only busted yesterday? Sounds too fishy to me. I don't know the $$$ at stake here, but if they're large enough, I would consider arbitration if possible.

You should have been able to wire money to cover something as simple as a daytrade call.
