What is Select? Is it something just for Canadian accounts?

For anyone US people who have Canadian accounts, could you answer some questions?

Is it difficult to set up a foreign account?

What are advantages?

Advantages in short selling?

Advantages in trading active Canadian stocks, eg. NT, BCE

Thank you

Same thing happened to me. Took a day or two to find it again but look for it under the Trading tab. After clicking on Trading, I saw "Select" as a selection all the way to the right. Click on "Select" and away you go.
