Small cap's and value stocks are in vogue (according to WSJ print ed yesterday).
As large caps are suffering from earnings deacceleration and high P/E fund managers are looking towards value.
I'm seeing it in the stuff I hold and follow

HAXS up over 300% from the lows and not finished yet. I wish someone here had taken that one. No delisting - that was never a real threat.
