Bill,

<<<The GUMM stock fraud>>>

I'd sure hate to see you have to issue an apology to the company like you've had to do on others....lol. Face it Bill you are barking up the wrong tree on this one.

Try Zicam Bill and you'll never have to suffer through another cold. On second thought....don't. :o)

Paul

Point me to a link of a "hype press release". You won't find one because if anything, Gum Tech needs to promote their company more.

Who are the "stock touts" that Gum Tech is using?

Come on, moron. Post something concrete so I can sue you for libel.

You must be confusing Zicam with a placebo. The study published in ENT Journal said that people who used Zicam got rid of their cold symptoms in 2.3 days while those who took the placebo got rid of their cold symptoms in 9.0 days.

To Mr. Yoest: Re your message 7713, do you really expect someone who has proven to be a habitual liar with no ethics to be honest about whether he has used Zicam and/or whether it works? Who cares whether the putz thinks it works? Three clinical studies prove that it works, and more importantly, feedback from consumers proves that it works. The main issue that I have with Wexler is that he claims fraud when it doesn't exist. If he can't prove fraud, he is guilty of libel. How can he prove fraud when the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States permits Gum Tech to label Zicam as homeopathic and the company has three clinical studies to back up its claim? If the FTC thought there was fraud, don't you think they would have come after Gum Tech by now?? People and companies have a right to protect their reputation from idiots like him. Valence already stood up for their rights and I wouldn't doubt if Gum Tech is next. If enough companies go after him, there's no doubt in my mind that the SEC will go after him for securities fraud.

Re-shorting GUMM at this point would probably be a good move. The stock has failed to break through $10 and seems set to continue it's death spiral. I would wait for their "earnings" report and hope for a brief spike to short into. If it does continue to go down, it looks like $5 is the next stop. Then we get into the typical death twitch were the stock oscillates between marginable and not marginable. I made a lot of money shorting those twitch's with ZONA and I expect GUMM to be just as much fun.

As for Danny Boy, I find it hilarious that he would threaten to undertake a lengthy and expensive lawsuit against you when he recently posted on Yahoo that he wouldn't be around too much in the future because of the imminent birth of his first child and because "there are more important things in life" than arguing about stocks on a message board. Of course, that was a brief portion of his lengthy statement. Read the rest for a good laugh. Coincidentally, the post came shortly after I commented on his amazing response time to your posts.

I find it curious that a faceless internet personality whose identity, whereabouts, and credentials are unverifiable would be so concerned about their "reputation" on a stock message board. I find it equally curious that
somebody who has no vested interest in a stock outside of being a common share holder would write reports like the following and circulate it on the internet with the intent of "selling" a stock to institutional investors:

If he's been following his own advise for the past year, I doubt he has enough money left to buy a cheese burger at McDonalds let alone a good lawyer.
