Wolf,

<<I posted on Friday wondering why DMX was holding up. It may
be this. I wouldn't predict Monday's trading to save my
life though.>>

The timing of the release seems strange. Why issue 2 separate releases on the same day (twice the cost) ? If I thought Ms. Keeler was devious I might wonder if she was hoping to suck in a few shorts by showing DMX to be desparate for cash and then coming in after market close with contrary evidence which people have the whole weekend to ruminate on. Who knows. The NR didn't seem to make the papers Saturday. I guess they print those things about noon Friday.

Dave

Hi Wolf, you got any crow left??

I wouldn't predict Monday's trading to save my
life though.

My rudimentary EW says we are near the end of a complex 2nd corrective wave that's a triangle. EW triangle is not the same as a TA triangle. From only the dailies, we got a 3-3-3-?. A normal triangle is 3-3-3-3. So timing wise, I'm looking for the start of the big 3 of 1 wave. When? I hope (we hope) we get a sell the news first to complete the last 3 :o) The rule of Alternation says, that a complex 2 wave means the 4th wave correction will be very short and simple. What this predicts is a large 3 wave followed by a short 4th wave correction then continuation right into the 5th wave.

I couldn't find the quote, but an EW says the end of a 2 wave, in certain situations, corresponds to the fundamental news "what a relief! The survival of the company is no longer in doubt." that drive the 3rd wave. I'll post when I find it.

The financing seal the speculative nature of DMX. We no longer need to worry:
a) cash? 2mm end of Nov 30, 2000. How about today??
b) will we get cash in time from the UK partner?
c) how large was the up front cash? how many months would it extend the cash needs?
d) would the sales of Pennsaid to Provalis register in time ? March sales, but when does the cash hit the till?
e) do they need short term line of credit?
f) who would loan? etc.

So, we are now past the "Eve of Commercialization"

VC Funds will now invest in DMX. Next, and hopefully, the mainstream funds will begin checking out DMX. What do you say about this David Graham?

EDIT
PS FYI, I do not post on SH. (said in a positive tone)
