Jim & XCR, most modern multi-floor buildings already have back-up power, what I have been seeing is 3-10 semi-trailers with big diesel generators inside sitting at sub-stations here in the mid-west. It seems the mid-west has the same type of nimby b/s that Calif has, in that no one want one of these new natgas fired turbo generators anywhere near them. So, they are placing the portable diesel generators there instead. It should be an interesting summer.
