you are in the minority. how many broadband (dsl,cable) users are there in Europe? in USA? Pitifully small I would say.

depend how you provision(price). here in Rochester, NT Frontier(
Global Crossing) is also limiting speed to serve more at the same time.
Still some people are wating for their DSL.
For higher price higer speed is available.
