There's a TP at 2:30 off the SPX Right now the market is doing what it should be doing. Going Up until 2:30 >>BTW, I bought some software for design... "Punch Pro" << Now Your Talking....! Never messed with those builders software, but understand there fairly simple and give you a great opportunity to see how the layout works, and perfect for checking elevations, stairs, windows and door placements. Best riser is between 7½" and 8" with a 12" tread. Width for two people is important, even into the basement. I believe you v=can layout kitchens as well. Do your wife a favor and put the laundry on the floor with all the bedrooms and make it big enough to have an ironing board.
