Both Reagan and Nixon were involved in acts that were considered criminal offenses. Clinton's biggest mistake seems to have been the use of a Cohiba in an orifice for which it was not originally intended.

Show me a pattern of anything other than Republican allegations. The Republicans have been after Clinton since the 1980's. I am currently reading a book titled,"The Hunting of a President" which catalogues the people and circumstances. Lots of allegations that can not be substantiated.Even George Bush had to admit that the rumors of the CLintons stripping AirForce 1 were false. Just another cheap shot. It's kind of like living in California and saying everyday," Gee, I think we will have an earthquake today!" Then when we finally have a 4.0 quake after 10 years of making that statement you say," See I was right!!". What a joke!
