That would be libellous if not true. I hope you or somebody can prove it! Seems like the SEC is not interested in TIGI's blatant lies to shareholders through a huge number of PR's that all turned out to be untrue.

Z, the fact that you have seen nothing "Audited" ( the last 10K) in damn near a year should have been red flag enough to have gotten out of this POS quite a few % ago..Mergers don't happen on unaudited numbers.. Fraud? or stary eyed shareholders? :^)
