Bernard, I was downtown yesterday for some meetings with friends who trade at 2 of the Chicago exchanges, and when conditions are right, things will most likely change real fast.
Have a plan in place, when the "smart money" sees the catalyst, they will dump their short positions, as the easy money has been had. Could be days, weeks or months. In the meantime, as long as the smart money stays short, I just play the up & down intra-day.
Amazing how they keep the same pattern up on the NDX & SOX, allowing good entry every morning when they push on that string......
Also downtown I noticed 2 things, 1 was a pan-handler with a like new "Tommy" jacket on. I said I will give you a $5 if you tell me where you got that nice Hilfiger product.
His reply was The Salvation Army. So I guess Tommy gear ain't hip anymore if they are being recycled to charities.
The next odd thing I saw was a another pan-handler with a cell phone. He said it was cheap, 2000 minutes for $30 a month.
2 markets that have reached saturation?
