Ish, I have to agree. Birds come in so many sizes, colors, and with plumage peculiarities, that I can never get tired of watching them. Right now, we have a mama dove nesting in a lemon tree, so Colleen won't pick a lemon until she has her hatch. Actually, the mama is so used to us, she doesn't get excited when we walk by, or kinda lean into the tree to get a better look. It seems that she knows we mean her no harm.

Birds ...

I was part of an organized tour of an island. Part way around, we hear some loud noises. The guide told us that the sounds were some peacocks. Then he told us that they were Female peacocks. I asked him if these would be peahens.

He didn't know.
