...sleeping ... in the hay loft... the floor was covered in ruminant manure and had not been cleaned in a long time. ... and it did not bother me. Since picture showed a wonderful house, I assumed yours would be as well. In my area, a house like that shown would be built by a very successful professional. Maybe it's a northern thing, but architects here must consider winter comfort as much as summer. P.P.S. And putting in a couple of beets sounds like a wonderful way of getting pink pickled eggs. I like pickled beets too.
