Aren't cats just wonderful, CB? My tiny white girl, Chloe, sleeps curled up by my legs and doesn't move all night. She must have been the runt of the litter since she is so little. Our large, orange male Maine Coon, Socket, will patrol the bed...curl up around my husband and sleep...then patrol some more. When the alarm goes off...he will come up and start rubbing your face with his nose or stand on your back! Our third cat Bingo is very fat! She will stay in my son's room at the foot of his bed all night long. You have to practically drag her out of bed in the morning. She is a hefty 16 pounds and is only about 16 inches from head to base of her tail! She looks like a very round black/white watermelon!! The Maine Coon is probably my favorite breed and he is always doing dramatic leaps and jumps!! He is very entertaining!

"celestial" cats- Haiku- Cat's Paw Nebula Cat stalks Across this universe Left tracks to follow. astropix.com My little sister had a big 6-toe tabby named Snake, grab his paws and waisthigh would still be on the ground, who chased dogs, that got left behind and adopted by our parents and when he wanted "in" would rap his head into the back screendoor until someone did. When he wanted attention (not often) would grab your leg with extended claws firmly establishing the bond between cat and man, till you pet him and was satisfied with his purr, a dull loud roar, and he snored. Nice kitty. <edit-trying to write better>
