No way. You chill too easily these days Ray. More people gave up their internet access all together than there were new subscribers? Right. I bet there wasn't even a single MONTH during 2000 where that was true, let alone overall for the year.
[maybe they all cancelled their dialup service, expecting to get DSL installed and are still waiting<ggg> Whaddaya think elmatador?].
