The clearest water on the entire east coast runs from around Deerfield Bch up to Stuart - lower Palm Bch county to mid Martin county. The eastern most point of FL is Riviera Bch and the Gulfstream comes very close there. Once you get north of Ft.Pierce and past Sebastian Inlet the clarity start to fall.
