I guess you haven't been listening to the Appeals Court Judges questioning of the US Govt. lawyers. I you had you know why Microsoft is up today. At one point Chief Judge Edwards said: "I'm not in the camp that says just be because the District Court found something in his findings that we can believe it to be a fact, because I don't see any factual support for much of his findings"

Going thru a basing period which is very healthy. MSFT- folks are thinking ahead that they may just get this whole antitrust thing thrown out, or get more favorable rulings... Now, as far as this battle between msft bulls and sunw bulls....I would like th throw in an unbiased observers view. I think it's ridiculous all you people are going back and forth, back and forth......every msft bull will have an answer for everything the sunw bulls say and vice - versa.....you folks are like stuck in a big mud puddle spinning your wheels going nowhere.......bottom line is all this back and forth stuff makes those involved look very childish....dont yall have better things to do with your time.....I can give you ten postives and ten minuses for sunw right now. I can do the same with msft. Big freaking deal...everybody has an opinion, but nobody has a crystal ball and knows what will happen. MSFT and SUNW are both very fine companies....both have positives and both have negatives....I for one dont mind hearing the positives and negatives of either stock....I just think it's a waste of time to have all these back and forth childish games being played..........JMO........I see alot of people wasting alot of time with useless posts. Lets just kick back, let the economy and the companies do their thing and see where we are in 5 years.......
