Oh, and I knew you were going to say that. Perfectly predictable.
But we've both known forever that both sides were buying our politicians, haven't we? That's what McCain's bill is about.

OTOH, there are lots of people whose income is below average. They vote, but they rarely contribute. If McCain gets his way, they will be the only ones determining election outcomes. I'm sure you disagree, but capital and the knowledge of the people who have it is also needed. Campaign contributions is one of the ways they can n some instances outweight those teeming masses.

There you go again! What you fail to mention is that
business backs both sides of the aisle, while virtually 100% of the union dough goes to the Democrats.
