This is VERY serious if true. Rarely happens.
If true, I can understand why Rambus is off 28%.

Forunately, some Prophets are also lawyers. They also read dockets and orders and understand the law.

Let's just say that, for now, IFX has done a better job than RMBS of pitching their version of what really happened at JEDEC.

By the way, that ruling on attorney client privilege will not stand. The Court of Appeals will either stay it, or IFX will withdraw their request.
