That is a nice little program, Kayaker.

I used to write one like that to format e-messages in DOS, ages ago (pre-windows 3.1, when I had to write my own program to share files between two computers at 1200 baud rate). It would be great if you put few cases in your program so that one doesn't have to run your program every paragraph. For example, you can tell the program to leave the line feed (or return character) alone if the line feed preceded by another line feed, a period or a question mark, chances are the writer means to put it there.

Let me know if you're going to modify your program. I love to use it to re-format my email as well. My MS's Outlook doesn't know how to break the line in the email correctly.

Good job.

Kayaker,

Thanks for the FixWrap utility. It works great. I know it will come in handy when working in Netscape Messenger. It's frustrating removing those hard returns by hand when necessary.

BTW, nice thinking using the clipboard as a medium to perform the formatting.
