ok ...
I'll pull for the kids from the desert to take down the crown ....

I'm for the Irish on the female side ... with SWM to play them in the finals ....
backup shooter gal behind SWM Stiles (nation leader) is a local gal and a super nice one at that ....

don't care squat bout the men .....so I'll root for your bet ....

as far as the dualies ...
bot a board couple of years ago at the sidewalk fleamarket sale in Dallas ....
spent the money for a pair of P450s, as I recall...
then find out that there is NO Win support ...
got them up and running on UNIX ....

gave up within less than ten days ....

put the board, with one CPU into a cheaper case, peeled down the mem and sold it to a friend of one of my kids ...

he is still running it on 98 first edition and pleased as can be ....

as I said ..... frustration gets to both of us
but as I'm older *(not wiser, smarter, better looking, etc) than you ...
I quit faster than do you ......

you gots MORE time and money ......

I gots to go to Rotary ...

later .....

>>>One neat thing I learned,
I can get to microsoft.com without even typing in http://www. Try it. Saves me at least three to five
seconds each time. Real lifesaver.
<<<

that's odd... when I use netscape (4.7x) getting to microsoft.com takes a lot of typing and .asp programs hardly ever work properly. <g>

bot a new system w/ W2K on it and was pleasantly surprised that *all* my old NT4 programs worked flawlessly (well, near flawlessly, but that's good enough)... even programs that were written years before NT5 was renamed W2K :-)

goes to show you how much better msft marketing machine is than its engineering.
