A. Current Operations In 2000, the Company entered a purchase order for 5,000 SWOMI radios, of which approximately 3,000 were received in 2000. These are being purchased with funds provided by the majority shareholder under the terms of Note Payable. In 2000, $950,000 of Notes Payable was issued with the following terms: 24 month interest only payments at 11% interest with a balloon payment at the end of the term. A portion of these proceeds was used to fund operations. In the first quarter of 2001, there remains an additional $400,000 of radios to be purchased under the contract.
