That's exactly how I worked it out with a nudge from CatLady. Never used Excel before last week, but getting a grasp of how this monster works. Already creating formulas.

How would you change positive to negative..?
+1234 to -1234

NOT WORKING....!
When the new set is copied and the old column is deleted yu get "0"
