I'll give it my best shot, although your best bet is to go to edgar and read the S-4/A yourself. The MCIT stock will be the long distance: this will pay an unspecified dividend; I think you get one of these for every 25 WCOM shares and you can convert between the two at this ratio. THe WCOM shares will be UUNET, web hosting, etc. This will be the growth business. MCIT: dividend, no growth. WCOM: no dividend, growth. I have no idea what the price of each will be but I would think the MCIT stock would be hard to quantify at this point because we don't know the dividend it will be paying.
