Hello Don:

Sorry for neglecting this thread. If you are old enough to recall Moonbeam the First,
he was famous for telling everyone we should ``lower our expectations,'' ``live within
our limits,'' and his environmental regulations set in place the gridlock that prevented
the construction of significant new power capacity for the last 20 years. Moonbeam
The Second is just implementing what Jerry and Willie wouldn't do. Lowering our
expectations is no longer an option if we elect to stay in CA, since it has apparently
become unreasonable to expect heat in Winter and light at night.

Maybe Gray Davis should also lower his expectations. From being elected president
to avoiding Marie Antoinette's fate (the one of ``let them eat cake'' fame).
