Hi Bernard, I have a bad track record. I have only voted for two Democratic governors since I moved to in California: Moonbeams 1 & 2. Moonbeam 1 also gave us no new freeways and the medfly mess. Unfortunately, I'm old enough to remember that. I think Dan Lundgren would have had more spine for this and reacted much more quickly. The San Jose Calpine plant is scheduled for a go/no-go decision this summer. To me, that means that the current Moonbeam still does not think that this is a real emergency. In real emergencies, real leaders make important decisions on the spot. Would Gray wait to begin pulling earthquake victims out of the rubble because fire trucks emit diesel fumes? Don
