Yes, as an attorney and defender of individual rights, I am very concerned about the recent court decision which appears to give the police the discretion to arrest, handcuff and jail anybody they believe to have committed a minor offense such as speeding.

Noxious Norton and the Toxic Texan have always been anti-environment. What worriesme a great deal is that the government is very right-winged. While I worry about the
environment, I am anxious about the loss of our personal liberties such as freedom of speech, the exchange of ideas in an open community. The Supreme Court's recent decision
that would allow the police to arrest anyone who doesn't wear seat belt or litters nibbles at our freedom.. There is serious reason to believe that the police could arrest anyone on any pretense.

Hey Mehissy fit, nice rant. Don't let the facts get in the way.
