You are entitled to your opinion. You have freely admitted that you don't know all of the facts and have only "sorta half-heartedly" followed the story. I certainly hope the judge doesn't dismiss a case on the same basis.

Jenna has forced Tim to continue to defend his position in this forum. Do you feel he needs to explain his court case to you in order for you to understand it and place 'validity' and gain your 'approval' about the case?

The burden should not be on him to explain himself or his legal moves. Jenna has put him in an untenable position. To defend himself he must bring up the lies and innuendo only to create doubt about him in the minds of others. It is natural to assume that she would be telling the truth. After all, someone in her position surely wouldn't make accusations like that unless they were true. Right? How do I know if they are true? Is there doubt in my mind about Tim. Of course there is and Jenna created it.

I suspect this case will not be tossed out if his lawyer is competent.

As I said, you are entitled to your opinion.
