WCOM's operational cash flow has been falling. In addition, its total cash flow as a multiple of interest rate costs have also been falling. Historically , as long as the leverage ratio goes up , equity valuations go down.

If the Market cap is to increase, the EBITDA needs to stabilize and show a +ve increase.
