When I sent an important message to SI Admin Jeff, about something that was of great concern to me, I did not get an immediate response. I sent the message again, and it was longer even, and for some reason, even tho it stated that my message was sent, when I looked in my out box, it was not there. This happened before to me in regard to a serious matter. I then resent the message, about 40 something hours had passed, then Tim Luke said quite strongly to respond, as I had even posted here that I had not had a response and was pretty upset in the post. Sam even commented back that he saw another side of me. Within a bit of time, I received a pm from Jeff saying he did not recall that he got a message from me. When I copied and pasted the message to him, he then remembered and said he did not respond because someone posted on a thread and gave a good explanation. I responded that I asked SI and expected him to reply. end of story. I let it got at that time as the response was an empty one to me as I gave Jeff all the posts that disputed my concern was no problem.
