A.S., I just find too much risk with Lucent real (imho). The fact that they are very willing to sell is a bit of a warning sign that they cannot go it alone. As someone mentioned on CNBC, weak balance sheet. I am avoiding it; I would rather add NT or Cisco if I wanted to buy the sector---Cisco looks better. maybe LU may come out well ahead; I just don't know enough about to make a good decision and that is why I am avoiding.
