Humorous, but a fairly accurate description of European follies. Americans are expected to be arrogant and uncouth. Secretly most Europeans love Bush. (Unlike Clinton whom they privately mocked at great length, or Reagan whom they acted afraid of but followed in his mighty footsteps as if he were the venerable Pied Piper and they -- the Euro-mice -- happily skittered to his martial tunes.)
