I do not think it is at all likely- Microsoft and especially Liberty have made substaintial investments in Upcoy- microsoft directly and liberty via ucoma- Upcoy is part of Malone's grand plan to do in EUrope what he did in the US with TCI except that there is now the added potential of internet and telephone services along with cable as well as additional receptors of the liberty product. I do not see either Malone or Microsoft walking away - it is much too big a component of their european strategy.
