Lol, only liberals like Fidel have a heart. Everyone else is just a tin man fighting for equality and freedom for all. Free will is a self evident right given to all men. Dedicating your life to the sustainment of these rights is evidence of having a heart. Sometimes in the pursuit of the goal to promote humanity some of the methods seem illogical or inconsistent. But when the heart (or intent) is of goodwill, then the chances of success are great. Promoting trees over people is not of goodwill. Africa is a mess. That is about all I know about it. Except they have some good tree bark. One type cures cancer. Yohimbe is another one.

Liberals measure having a heart by how much welfare money they can hand out. Conservatives measure a heart by how many people they can help off welfare. "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime". Hate is being blind and ignorant to the effects of socialistic communism. In your mental model, the communists who run China have a huge heart, while Dick Cheney and George Bush have none. In reality, just the opposite is true. One seeks to lift up the human condition, the other to place it under their control.
