Jim, I can hear them rationalize the drop in 401k values in a few words, "it is a long term investment"

I guess it depends on how soon you might need to raid that 401 piggy bank??

As I said last week, when the G-7 (G-8 if you include basket case Russia, only because they have nukes) meets later in the month, my thinking is they really make an effort to float the boat. I think it will make for some real nice trading profits..

Many of my rats are making new highs daily, problem is I have to day trade them now, as I sold early...

DELL @ 27, my usual short range, think it might be prudent to wait for 28-29 this time?

There are two downsloping trendlines below the 2000 area...

1. 1985
2. 1940

A look at the monthly chart shows an Island Reversal...

Note how the 12th, 13th, 16th, 17th, and 18th are disconnected from the other parts of the chart...

As I type, we are now below the 2000 magnet that has pulled the prices back up so many times... This time, though, we will most likely fill the gap in the 1975 area before any attempt to turn around...
