NV,
Thanks, but I don't think I'm being too hard... mainly want to acknowledge a lousy forecast. I think it is likely now that the gap at least gets filled. Daily indicators on the compx have turned back down...today's window of opportunity for the bulls to take control was squandered. Close at the lows not very promising.
Perhaps if the gap fills tomorrow, there is an opportunity once again for another bounce. I suspect there should be follow through downside tomorrow morning anyway.
Bear suit back on for now, have to find out about Zeev's air-conditioned model....ggg
Regards,
Eichler
Just checked the INTC chart for the close. Not looking good any more, even the weekly chart which looked promising over the weekend is now damaged goods. That was one of the better fake-outs I've seen in awhile. Just glad I'm not stubbornly clinging to the wrong view.
Ratz!!!!!!

NV,
One last thing, the Rydex numbers don't change all that much (usually) from one day to the next...I imagine they are still bullish. This would support the idea of a bounce after some more down....I think that gap is a reasonable enough target.
I suppose I am disappointed, but I have to go with the flow.
As the charts now point DOWN, I can't for the moment look UP...
But I'll be watching for a turnaround very closely.
Daily indicators are still near the oversold zone, perhaps the downside will be minor....
