The REFR stock fraud...

Kevin (or should I call you Bill ;) ), what is truly funny about all of this is that the press release harps on what may be a clerical error (though I would trust Asensio's research much more than the lies spouted by stock con-artists) - and they don't refute any of the truly damning indictments.

This is a common tactic of scientific frauds. The promoters will tend to steer the internet chatter towards irrelevant minutia and avoid arguing the merits of the underlying premise.

Bill/Kevin,

First of all, that was not all of Asensio's argument, it was all of Thermoview's argument that Asensio's research was flawed.

No, Thermoview gave the dates and specifics that refuted Asensio. The SEC filings back it up [gave you those in the last post]

I do understand your need to focus on this irrelevant piece of information and ignore the bigger picture which I outlined for you. Perhaps in your hurry you missed it so I'll redo it for you. Feel free to ignore the obvious again. That is why your short position is in trouble and why no longs are selling.

Here is why we are bullish. What we said would transpire, has and then some (albeit later than we thought).
