SEOD you scare the hell out of me since I am hoping for a trip to OSX 110 at least. From watching your messages it seems you have been pretty much on track, wish I held ONIS BRCD short longer.

Sharp,

Which builders do you (dis)like?

Btw, I'm back today for the first time in about 6 weeks, had a serial vacation in Mexico, Oregon and British Columbia, but hope to be on duty from here on. I haven't had a chance to check the other boards much (or this one): feel free to send me a pm summarizing the world. Btw, where has Cinderella Ed gone?

It's great to be back,

Kb

Sharp,

Sounds like the locust already hit your area.

What are your favorite housing shorts?

Jim

Anyone have suggestions for any long positions ?

I have been looking at REITs, too many look like they could be at the top of the cycle....

I'm net short, with the rest in cash or U.S. bond funds.

I would like to find some thing to be long on besides cash....
