Not just close. Documents show the unions wield absolute veto power over democrat decision making. Illegal? Probably not, since democrats help write every law. Certainly embarrassing - hence the all out effort to keep the documents secret.

Bush has flipflopped more than a seal in a water show. Alienating the rest of the world will only lead to trouble. Jimmy Carter said it all today.............Bush is listening too much to his conservative cabinet and ignoring or ostrasizing the moderates like Colin Powell, Christy Whitman, and his own father who prided himself on international entente and cooperation.
