I was told it was only a general guideline and that unless you are not adding to the discussion or was consistently posting off topic, you don't have much to worry about. I suspect Flap knows this too. Its a hollow threat from a hollow man. JLA

I believe in the free exchange of ideas, but it gets tedious to constantly, constantly, constantly, constantly, constantly, constantly, constantly, constantly have to wade through the inane insults of JLA and his lead lackey, Lazarus Long. It is obvious these two are violating the Terms of Usage by trying to disrupt legitimate political discussion on various non-RWET political threads. (b) Whether or not you consider the rule stupid is immaterial. Play by the rules or take a hike.
