Jim, as you know, I don't watch cnbc, so I avoid all their b/s. It is funny that today people need to have news interpeted for them, so they know what they should think. Amazing how stupid the masses have become.
So, what will trigger a bounce?? Or not?

Also, in the WSJ yesterday was a story about GM and others whining how the strong dollar is hurting them. A weak dollar policy will not be good for US...Amazing to me they are unable to offset with currency futures, but I guess there are nothing but whining morons running companies these days. It's not their fault they are not making money, it's the strong dollar. Yeah, right..

I hear that the Saudi prince that has been dumping his MCD, G, and other stuff has been nibbling in the gasp, gold sector.....and the XAU is the offset for all this money creation nonsense, but we already know that...

From Forbes.com>

Wealthy, powerful people in the news:

Billionaire investor Prince Alwaleed bin Talal has sold his stakes in U.S. blue-chips, including
Coca-Cola , McDonald's , and Gillette . The 44-year-old Prince realized a gain of about $25 million on the investments,
according to his spokesman. The liquidations are yet another vote of no confidence in the U.S. economy as the Dow Jones
Industrial Average continues its slide towards 10,000. Prince Alwaleed, who is worth an estimated $20 billion, is known for his
conservative buy-and-hold investment philosophy
