Let them decide what they want to sell but all athlons $100.

that would make a-1.4Ghz considerably cheaper than p4-1.1Ghz and on par with pIII-800Mhz.
That is depressing but OTOH with ibm out of the picture amd is probably out of their last deep discount client.

Andreas...Looks like prices are falling on an hourly basis.

I've been checking prices on these parts almost daily. Doesn't look like I'll be buying back AMD stock anytime soon. As a consumer, it is amazing what someone can put together for a fraction of the cost of what we might pay just a year ago.

It just dropped to $117. These price moves are rather unprecedented. I wonder what is behind this?
