What is more fair than giving the money back to the people who paid it in. You are a left wing liberal. Just admit it. Why should we give tax money back to the less priveliged? Did they pay any taxes? NO! I was once one of those people. I hardly paid any taxes one year, I was married with one child and I received the Earned Income Tax Credit. I ended up getting more money back in a tax refund than I paid in taxes. It was wrong then and it is still wrong. Now I make six figures, own a house, am married and have two kids. I claim zero. My wife claims zero. I pay more than my fair share of taxes but at the end of the year the IRS says I still owe more. Is that fair? Also, because I make that kind of money I spend more. That means I pay more in sales tax contributions than say someone who makes 35,000 a year. Is that fair? Whether you like the rich or not they pay more than their fair share. If you are mad they got a tax cut get over it!! They are still in the 30%+ tax bracket. My guess is you are in the 25-28% tax bracket. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who pays more. Stop listening to the hype and get over your bitterness toward the rich. We all pay too much in taxes.
