As Projected? Did that include the tax receipts that they won't be getting this year from capital gains? Did that include a few millions of corporate income tax that won't be received.

I think their budget "As Projected" is just a slight 100 Billion or two off.

Your projected surplus is a deficit and I am willing to bet on that, your boys have gone deficit spending and have not even been in office a year, and now Bushie has driven down the NASDAQ by 30% since he was inaugurated and the Dow by 10% and everything is going to hell in a hand basket, great job
