I just got a call from my cousin, he was on flight 11 out of Logan yesterday, a flight he takes a few times a month, and it was overbooked, full, he got bumped up to business from coach. He told me the flight is usually flown by a Capt. Grabowski. He also told me there are only a handful of non-stops at that time of day to the west coast. Non-stop is key, it means full fuel. He also said that terminal B is small, and security was pretty casual yesterday. The perps must have had some help from ground crews. And he is pretty freaked out.
