Why are the terrorist sponsors condemning the terrorists? Is there an unofficial limit on how many you can kill during a terrorist act? Did they not think of the consequences of supporting terrorists all these years? I don't quite follow the logic of those governments.

If things go badly, they might.


There is one thing you can be completely sure about, which is that the US will never again be the first country to use nuclear weapons. There is no need for it since the conventional capability of the US is second to none. Also, the US would completely lose the support of the rest of the world if we started a nuclear conflict.
