What I want to know is, how can it be inclusive to deprive people of their natural inclination to beseech God's blessing in time of crisis? It sounds like imposed secularity to me.

We simply separate state from religion. There's nothing wrong with that. I think we've got plenty of God.

BTW, I can't remember what your beliefs are WRT God, but if you do believe, how are you trying your mind around the question "how can God let this happen?"
