That seems to be the redundant result, regardless of the intent.

Is it to keep the conversation -- vs. 'discussion' -- going?

For your personal growth toward 'self-actualization,' (-g- to borrow Maslow)

I am professionally 'trained' in the private sector, where every dime spent must be justified in advance by 'mission statements.'

Mission Statement

- Objective

- Strategy

- Tactics

That's the formula.

There is judgementalism inherent in those boxes that I think is a very very slippery slope.

It's the "Quien es mas macho?" distinction.
