"..owing to what appears to be a wide variation in adherence to the regulations under the Mutual Recognition Procedure."

My goodness I dislike beaurocracy. Nice job MCA on approving
- not good on getting the Mutual Recognition Agreement
part done for us. Britain was our agent in this and got
pie in the face when asked by Britain to follow the MRA
on a drug they had already approved.

We've tripled our approved markets to $1 billion US in
6 countries with no rejections yet.

I think I'll go to bed early to celebrate.

Show the revenue so far Rebecca and it might be a good
time for some revenue guidance from the UK.

Cal,

from the nr:

"In order to shorten approval times in the remaining member states, we have elected to deal with each state individually . . ."

I believe that this decision must have been made in consultation with a marketing/dist partner. The logistics of different bureaucracies and languages in each country would necessitate the expertise of a partner with experience in each of those countries. I don't think Dimethaid would have chosen to go this route alone.

That's my logical deduction, but of course I may be wrong.
